It’s a topic that makes some uncomfortable, but the facts cannot be ignored. Our Avon Community School Corporation (ACSC) teachers are working hard to adapt to larger class sizes, increased demands, and all with a lack of competitive compensation. They continue to work hard for our children.

Teacher retention is a concern here in Avon. We want ACSC to remain one of the premier school districts in Indiana.
